Alisha from Reno, Nevada first discovered Tone & Sculpt through Krissy’s Youtube channel. Now she has been following the Tone & Sculpt App for 1 year and is currently down an amazing 38 pounds! Here is her story:
Tell us about your wellness journey so far.
My journey has been about creating a new mindset with nutrition and fitness. I am not looking for a quick fix but a lifestyle change. I have overcome the obsession with wanting to look a certain way and rather wanting to feel good mentally and physically and loving myself enough to want to create a healthier lifestyle.
What is your favourite feature on the app?
My favourite feature of the app is the workouts and the instructional videos that come with each workout.
Tell us what your go to breakfast, lunch and dinner meals are from the app.
I love the protein pancakes or any of the smoothies for breakfast. Rice noodle and veggie bowls are so good for lunch. And for dinner I LOVE the baked stuffed sweet potato.
What are your future wellness goals?
My future wellness goals are to stay consistent, even in times of discouragement, and to continue to create healthy new habits and break old ones.
What piece of advice would you give to someone starting out in their fitness journey?
Stay consistent and push through the times of discouragement. Also don’t overwhelm yourself in the beginning of your journey, baby steps are key to a lifestyle change.
What is your go to song/playlist at the gym?
I love the “Slay the Weights” playlist and the “Tone and Sculpt Cardio” playlist on Spotify.
