Top Tone & Sculpt Breakfast Recipe

Hello T&S familia!

Today I wanted to share with you my go-to breakfast from the Tone & Sculpt app.

There are literally hundreds of recipes to choose from and I often find myself scrolling through them all when I’m lacking inspiration for what to eat.

However, I’ve been using the app since it first launched in January 2019 and I quickly discovered what was to become my go-to breakfast. Scrambled eggs, toast and strawberries!

It sounds super simple, and that’s the beauty of it because it is!

I don’t know about you but unless I have plenty of time, a quick but fulfilling breakfast is super important to me.

I’m not the best at making sure I’m adding micronutrients into every single meal, so I’ll hold my hands up and say that I spent months having this breakfast without the strawberries but let me tell you, I feel so much more fulfilled for actually having them, (or any fruit for that matter) alongside my eggs and toast.

It really satisfies all of my cravings as well as it being so important to make sure you’re getting your micronutrients in with your meals.

I typically have this around an hour after I wake up along with a big glass of water, a coffee, and I’m good to go with enough fuel in my body to take on the first part of the day!

There's literally endless choices for meals on the app that cater to all dietary requirements, so if you’re vegan, veggie, pescatarian or a meat eater, you’ll easily find something perfect for you.

One of my favourite features of the app is that it includes the exact quantities of food that you need, whether you’re cooking just for yourself or for a family!

I also love seeing what other members of the Tone & Sculpt community are cooking up from the app and a few firm favourites are the ‘Tortilla Pizzas’ and the ‘3 Ingredient Brownies’, yum! The idea is that recipes are simple, wholesome, nutritious, (and of course delicious!) and they totally are!
