On Demand Challenges: Move Together & Bootcamp

We are so excited to introduce our brand new ON DEMAND in-app challenges! The Tone & Sculpt team and our trainers, Krissy, Danyele and Melissa, have taken every single word of your feedback on board to create innovative challenges with the support of our trainers every step of the way!

We know our community love our guided workout programs and our periodical challenges. We know our programs keep you focused and our challenges give you that extra, community fuelled boost that we all need from time to time. Our athletes tell us that getting started is sometimes the hardest step to take. It’s where the excuses creep in; the fear takes over and everything, apart from your wellbeing, is a priority. We want to change that and support you every step of the way as you build sustainable fitness habits from day one. With both our new and existing community members in mind, we want to make you feel at home and part of the Tone & Sculpt familia from day one. Whether you’re new to working out or finding your feet with a fitness routine again, get ready to immerse yourselves into the brand new On Demand challenges, Move Together and Bootcamp, meticulously designed by our world class trainers, Krissy Cela, Danyele Wilson and Melissa Kendter. 

So, what's the difference?

The On Demand challenges have been specifically designed to enable a smooth, challenging and supportive start to your fitness routine and journey with the Tone & Sculpt familia. With our trainers there to guide you through every rep,set and movement, there is no room for excuses and nothing to fear as Melissa, Krissy and Danyele talk you through every exercise. If you hesitate to start, you’ll have their voices cheering you on from the minute you begin. If you’re worried about form, our trainers will talk you through every position to help you learn and maximise the impact of every workout. 

The best bit? These challenges are here to stay and you can access them as soon as you sign up to the Tone & Sculpt app!
Plus, if you’re not sure about which training programme to select, the new On Demand challenges provide an in-depth workout experience with all of our trainers to help you choose what works best for you. When we say ‘do this for you’, we truly mean it! 

For our new members, you will have the choice to select a new, On Demand workout challenge OR the option to select your workout guide of choice. Your in-app planner will be automatically populated with the frequency of your workouts as soon as you’ve decided. 

If you’re an existing community member, don’t worry! We’ve got you familia and we don’t want you to miss out! Simply select the in-app, ‘On Demand’ tab and your challenge of choice. You will be able to add the challenge into your existing workout program, or you can choose to pause the program whilst you complete the challenges. If you don’t fancy doing the entire challenge and just fancy trying it out (we get it, FOMO is real), you can also select a single challenge workout to add to your workout regime. We aim to please! 

Just remember: the challenges do not count towards your workout stars. In order to collect your stars, you’ll still need to complete workouts from your selected guide. As a new community member, this will begin once the challenge is over (unless you choose a workout guide from day one). 

Tell me more about the challenges!

Move Together is a 3 week challenge designed with brand new members of our familia in mind. Thinking about your needs, thoughts and feelings, we want to make you feel as comfortable, challenged and motivated as possible to build sustainable habits as you start your fitness journey. In week one you will level up with a combination of low impact and high intensity workouts. In week two our trainers will make you focus as you complete target area workouts. In week three, you’ll work towards the finish line as we challenge you mentally and physically making sure you’re ready to continue doing this for you! 

Bootcamp is a 2 week challenge, with intensity in mind. Using minimal equipment, our trainers work with you to improve your performance and build strength and stamina. A challenge recommended for those who want to sweat and enjoy HIIT training, these workouts will definitely give you the boost you’ve been looking for. 

Although you cannot join both challenges, all of our users will have the option to try workouts from each challenge. We recommend consistency and commitment; feel free to try, but nothing beats the habit of sticking to a challenge from beginning to end!
