The Tone & Sculpt app is brought to you with a variety of workout guides created by our world class trainers, Krissy Cela, Danyele Wilson and Melissa Kendter. We want to ensure we cater for all women no matter your lifestyle! In order to help you choose which guide works best for you, take a look at the information below to make sure you make the right choice for you.

To help you, we’re here to tell you everything you need to know about our trainers. Rest assured, the information in this blog will help make sure you choose the right workout programme for you. From your exercise preferences to the amount of time you have to workout, everything you need to know is right here! 

KRISSY CELA

Krissy is here to tell you fitness and exercise is not just for a holiday, but for life. Krissy wants every single one of her clients to understand that your workout is a habit and is just as important as brushing your teeth.

Krissy will teach you there is no such thing as a quick fix, you don’t need to spend every hour of every day at the gym, and she will show you that fitness isn’t about the way you look, it’s about how it makes you feel, mentally and physically.

Krissy always says she wants to be running around, doing her own shopping and reaching for those high shelves at 70, 80, 90...for as long as she lives! She will train you to adopt the same mindset to find your why: you don’t work out for summer, for six pack abs or a round peach; you work out for mental and physical health and wellbeing. Everything else is a very nice bonus!

She’ll show you your workouts can be a part of your lifestyle and pizza can too! And, she’ll welcome you into the wonderful Tone & Sculpt familia where you will make friends for life!

Danyele champions your inner athlete. She shows every single one of her clients that they have more than they think and more than it takes to be powerful, strong and confident, physically and mentally. Danyele coaches all of her clients - her athletes - to be fully present in every single workout and to show up only for them.

Danyele’s workouts will challenge your stamina, strength and power. She encourages all women to believe in themselves and fall in love with the body they have; by doing this, she believes your mind and body can be capable of anything.

For Danyele, exercise and movement are an intrinsic part of life. It teaches you boundaries, discipline, consistency and confidence in yourself. This philosophy channels through her training style and workout plans and you will end every workout feeling like your best self!

MELISSA KENDTER

Melissa wants every woman to understand femininity is synonymous with strength. Every woman who trains with Melissa walks into a workout session knowing they will bring their best to every single exercise. As your trainer, Melissa encourages you to celebrate movement and to see exercise as a form of medicine for your body. She wants her clients to move their bodies daily, not just for aesthetic purposes, but to live a long, healthy, strong and confident life.

For all of her clients, routine, consistency and discipline are key forerunners in order to commit to exercise, all while enjoying every single workout, making sure you leave every workout feeling empowered, accomplished and proud. She will tell you that motivation comes from the latter. And, Melissa wants you to enjoy every single workout!

Melissa’s workouts combine functional strength training, mobility and core stability with full body cardio and endurance workouts. They will effectively help you improve your endurance, both mental and physical strength, movement patterns and overall energy output. A keen runner, Melissa knows how important physical and mental stamina is and this channels through all of her workouts.
