    Hey! I’m trying the 14 day trial and i’ve loved the app, but i’m not sure i’ve chosen the best program for my goals. I’m currently trying to increase my muscle mass but without gaining too much weight. At first i thought sculpt it could be for me, but i noticed it has too much cardio and not so much resistance training, which science says to be the best way to build muscle. What do you think is the best program for me right now? Thanks for the wonderful job you do everyday <3

    Hi, I suffer terribly with lower back pain and have had spinal fusion done almost 9 yrs ago. I used to be a gym fanatic and really want to get back into shape but by doing effective exercises that won’t aggravate my existing back prob. Can T&S help?

    Sculpt it plan, I’m on day 3 and I’m loving it. There are loads of exercises video depending on which area you would like to work on. I like the fact that you can add it to your planner and change it up.
