A circuit based program challenging your stamina and strength.
Each workout combines high intensity and resistance based exercises to tone & sculpt your body.

All you need is 28 minutes, 4 times a week and you’re good to go!

Sculpt it is a HICT, high intensity circuit training programme.
Whereas HIIT, high intensity interval training, is very intense with short bursts of rest, HICT combines resistance and cardiovascular workouts to build your strength and stamina consistently.
